Annastasia Jo Cooper, infant daughter of Tammie Jo Cooper passed away at 9:14 a.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Cremation has been accorded. McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth is in charge of the arrangments.
