Arthur R. Young, age 79, of Monmouth, passed away at 8:03 a.m., Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Galesburg Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, Ill. Cremation rites will be accorded and no visitation or service is being planned at this time. McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory in Monmouth is in charge of the arrangements.
