Harry Deon Kutcher

Harry Deon Kutcher, 83, of Monmouth, IL, passed away at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at OSF St. Mary’s Medical Center, Galesburg, IL.

Deon was born on July 4, 1935 in Macomb, IL, the son of Harry Julius and Gladys (DeGarmoe) Kutcher.  He was raised and educated in Macomb and graduated from Western High School.  Deon later served in the Illinois National Guard.

He married Alice Ann Jobe in Macomb, IL; she preceded him in death on February 11, 2011.

Deon owned and operated Macomb Termite Control, A Ok Carpet Cleaning Service and Western Union, all in Macomb until his retirement.  He enjoyed fishing, square dancing, and playing slots.  Deon liked doing handyman projects around his home.

Surviving him are three daughters, Diana Kutcher, Lorelei Kutcher, and Roberta Kutcher all of Macomb, IL; his significant other, Connie Haptonstall of Monmouth, IL; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one son, Harry Deon Kutcher; and two brothers, Duane Kutcher and Jacob Kutcher.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  No visitation or services are planned at this time.  Memorials can be made to the ePITome – Pitbull Dog Rescue, www.epitome-dog-rescue.org.  McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth is in charge of the arrangements.
