Michael Hall, 74, of Monmouth, IL, passed away at 7:47 am, Thursday, May 9, 2019 at his home.

He was born June 11, 1944 in Burlington, IA, the son of John and Edna Marguerite (Crosier) Hall.  He was raised and educated in Monmouth and graduated from Monmouth High School.

Mike married Gabriela Conchas on September 27, 1996 in Monmouth, she survives.

Mike worked as a forklift operator at Farmland for many years, retiring in 2007.  He enjoyed working in the yard, collecting vintage miniature cars and was an avid Chicago Bears fan.  Mike was recently baptized into the Catholic Faith.

Surviving Mike is his wife, Gabriela Hall of Monmouth; his children, Lisa (Brian) Campbell of Florida, Claudia Conchas of Monmouth, IL; grandchildren, Hannah, Savannah, and Noah; and his dear companion “Daisy”.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

A Mass of the Christian Burial will be at 1:30 p.m., Monday, May 13, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Church, Monmouth.  Interment will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Monmouth.  Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m., Sunday, May 12, 2019 at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth.  Memorials can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Western IL Animal Rescue.
