Pamela J Doyle

Pamela J. Doyle, 73, of Monmouth, IL passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at her home.

Pam was born August 23, 1952, in Canton, IL the daughter of Richard and Beverly (Sullivan) White. She was raised and educated in Ellisville and Galesburg, IL graduating from Galesburg High School in 1971. She later graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Sociology.

Pam married Gary K. Doyle in Monmouth on May 1, 1982, and he survives.

Pam was an insurance agent for Dredge Insurance in Galesburg for a time before working as a school nurse at Warren School before retiring.

She enjoyed gardening and landscaping.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Doyle; her son, Bryan (Ashley) Doyle of Wheaton, IL; her grandsons, Warren Doyle and Samuel Doyle; brother, Rich White of Pekin, IL; nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00-7:00 pm on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth. Memorials may be given to OSF Hospice and sent to the funeral home. A private family interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Monmouth will take place at a later date.
