Robert "Bobby" E. Donnelly

Robert “Bobby” E. Donnelly,61, of Galesburg, IL passed away at 11:45 am, Friday, September 7, 2018 at Kindred Hospital in Peoria, IL.

He was born February 3, 1957 in Galesburg, IL the son of Robert Leroy and Karon Pauline (Baldwin) Donnelly.  He was raised and educated in Galesburg.

Bobby served in the U.S. Army.

Bobby married Peggy Clayton in Burlington, IA on September 26, 1986 and she survives.

Bobby worked construction and remodeling for several years.  He enjoyed playing golf, fishing and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Survivors include his wife, Peg of Galesburg; son, Robert Scott Donnelly of Chillicothe, IL; his daughter, Katrina Noel of Galesburg; 3 brothers, Roger Donnelly, Ronald, (Lynda) Donnelly and Steven (Rebecca) Donnelly all of Galesburg; 2 nephews, Aaron Donnelly of Macomb, IL and Dustin Witt of Galesburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Rusty Donnelly.

Cremation has been accorded. No services are planned at this time.  Memorials may be made to the Robert “Bobby” E. Donnelly Memorial Fund and sent to McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth.
