Sandra D McIntire

Sandra D. McIntire, 65, of Coal Valley, IL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Mercer Manor Rehabilitation in Aledo, IL.

Born on August 19, 1959, in Moline, Illinois, Sandra was the daughter of John Warren and Mary Jane (Potter) Davis. She was a 1977 graduate of Rock Island High School.

A devoted homemaker, Sandra took great pride in caring for her family. Her greatest joy came from the time she spent nurturing and supporting those she loved.

She is survived by her children, Samantha McIntire of Dallas, TX, and Joseph A. McIntire of Elwood, IA; her siblings, Kathleen (David) Miller of Coal Valley, IL, Brenda Hunt of Washington, WI, and Jimmy Davis of Rock Island, IL; as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Edward Davis.

In accordance with Sandra’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and no services are planned. McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory in Monmouth, IL, is in charge of the arrangements.
